Yes. Both sides need to be vetted. This is to ensure everyone understands the model and is right fit for it. Our goal is not to sell you on a service that won't work for you. And we don't want to work with clients who aren't the right fit for our talent. To apply we make the process quick and painless so that you can start booking in talent quickly.

What if i’m not satisfied with the work?

Always a risk. However, the artists found on this platform have proven themselves time and again with leading brands and agencies. This isn't Fivvr or DesignPickle. We don't offer refunds but in the unlikely circumstance you aren't happy you can switch artists or cancel anytime.

I need deliverables yesterday! Is this right for us?

No. This platform is not designed for short term or emergency projects. But ask yourself; if you had a go-to resource that could have been helping all along, would you even be in that position? If this question raises an eyebrow, perhaps consider speaking with us.

Is a project manager automatically assigned?

We are working to keep your costs as low as possible. With that in mind, we don't automatically assume a PM is needed. A structure has been designed to minimize the need for producers. However, if you request we will happily provide one in the same manner you book creatives.

Do I have to sign a contract? Give me terms and details.

First, there are no contracts. This is not a recruitment platform. There are also no fees. Each subscription is per person, per month. You can switch artists at the end of a cycle since everyone is working within the same price structure. This allows you to build the teams not only by talent but also by the fractional amount needed from each person.

You can cancel anytime. However, to not be billed for the next cycle it must happen 7 business days prior to that billing cycle. This is so the creatives can plan ahead accordingly.

We are a pay in advance model. One of the ways we keep costs low is through low-risk cash-flow. We can make exceptions but only under the right circumstances.

My company doesn’t allow freelancers. Can I work with you guys?

Sure can! Everything is billed through us. No 1099's or multiple MSA and NDA's. Further more, part-time work is classified differently from full-time work and our members are working for multiple parties at the same time. We are happy to speak directly to CFO's or Accounting Departments to provide further details.
