Carlos is a versatile Creative Director and Motion Designer with an extensive range of experience. Focusing on creating powerful identity systems, seamless interactions, and comprehensive experiences through design and motion.

He has worked with top agencies, streaming services, boutique studios, and directly with major brands as an award winning creative for over 15 years. Adaptable and scalable to the situation, he is often used as a one-man team and/or one who builds and leads a troop of diverse talents to deliver projects to completion. He's produced projects over a range of media from motion centric brand guidelines to full network rebrands and interactive media.

Interesting fact, Carlos unknowingly trained with famous quarterback Eli Manning, not realizing his celebrity status. They still train together.

Subsequently, I either take the helm as creative director or orchestrate a team of designers, ensuring alignment with project goals. I maintain a hands-on approach, meticulously overseeing every pixel and format to ensure precision and consistency. Additionally, I facilitate cohesion among internal teams and craft comprehensive decks and presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders with the project vision.

For the rebranding of Country Music TV, a modern system is implemented while it still speaks old country. All of the information are placed carefully within a hierarchy system separated by lines, call out text (the stamp system) is differentiated by poppy colors and vector shapes, and animation
